Setiap apa yang kita buat dengan handphone kita, semua akan disimpan dalam event log. Event log ni, kalau dah terlampau banyak simpan akan memperlahankan performance handphone kita. So, digalakkan untuk clear event log hari-hari. 

Renyah kan pakai smartphones? Well, this what it takes la. Unless kalau korang memang banyak duit, bila smartphone korang rosak, beli dengan senang hati je.

Lepas tu, akan keluar la event log macam dalam gambar dekat atas ni.

Press BB button once again and click clear log.

Then, press delete. Easy peasy!

Wallpaper pun pink. Casing ni tak tutup penuh. So aku kuatkan jiwa raga untuk lekatkan sticker diamonds dekat body phone. Even there's some part i glued it! Tapi Abah cakap kesan gam senang tanggal bila bersihkan guna minyak kelapa as knows as minyak masak.

After pasang the casing to the phone, i've decided to put the ribbon on the speaker hole tu. I've tested the sound, tak affected apa-apa. First, ribbon tu aku glue atas diamond yang aku potong jadi small square. So, bukan la aku glue ribbon tu dekat speaker. Ouh, the ribbon, aku ambik dekat hairband anak jagaan Mak, Dekya. Ahahah.

Review: Unboxing Blackberry Curve 9360

Last month, Along aku decided to betray his #TeamiPhone and masuk #TeamBlackberry. At first, Along nak beli Bold series as semua orang kata yang Bold adalah the finest middle-range from BlackBerry. The latest Bold 9900 Along kata too big as Along doesn't like handphone yang besar. Habis, iPhone tak besar pulak. Kata je la tak mampu. Ahahahahah.

Then, Along beli this Curve 9360, latest jugak. Kurang RM1000 daripada Bold 9900 which is RM1100 something like that la, Brightstar set. Running on OS7 memang best la kan. Apa lagi ye, camera 5MP but too bad no auto-focus, GPS, add-on apps macam Facebook, Twitter dah memang ada.

Keyboard Curve 9360 sama macam Curve series yang lain. Yang bezanya, Curve 9360 jauh lebih nipis and lock button macam Bold, Storm, Torch punya. Aku rasa, series-series baru BlackBerry charger yang datang semua style baru, macam iPhone punya charger; cable dan kepala charger.

But still, battery memang big issue la kalau pakai smartphone. This Curve 9360 came with 1000mAh battery saja. Siapa yang heavy user memang kena beli high capasity battery as this phone pakai speed 3G. Network kan mempengaruhi battery? Huhu.

Nipis, not my type of handphone. Hehe.

Tips on BlackBerry: Diagnostic test.

Benda ni terjadi dekat diri aku sendiri. Semalam, ke semalam yang sebelum, aku tak boleh nak hantar e-mail through my device. Device aku tak connected dengan BIS. Bila aku browse untuk cari solution, aku kena buat diagnostic test.

Macam biasa, tengok jugak dekat forum-forum, diagnostic test elok jugak dilakukan seberapa kerap yang mungkin. Bila dah buat diagnostic test walaupun takde problem apa-apa, silalah submit so that service provider or administrator tahu status device kita.

And everytime kita buat diagnostic test, even ada problem atau tidak, device kita akan di-register semula. Diagnostic test tak akan affected segala apa yang dah sedia apa dalam device kita.

Here are the steps.

Tekan button BB -> Diagnostic Test

Run

Diagnostic tengah running. If semuanya ok, segala ayat selepas titik bertindih tu akan jadi 'YES'.

Tips on BlackBerry: Memory cleaning.

Again, this tips untuk memastikan BlackBerry kita sentiasa berada di dalam tahap kesihatan yang memuaskan. :D Senang saja, sama ada sehari atau dua kali sehari, lakukan memory cleaning process. Aku baca dekat forum-forum, untuk memory cleaning, eloklah buat secara manual iaitu bukannya guna application apa-apa sebab kebanyakan application memory cleaning yang ada banyak affected benda lain pulak dekat device tu.

Ok, memory cleaning ni berfungsi untuk membuang segala caches yang dikumpul semasa BBM, net surfing, Facebook-ing dan lain-lain. Kiranya, memory yang tak diperlukan.

Bukan setakat BlackBerry la, aku rasa semua smartphone pon kena selalu buat memory cleaning.

Senang saja caranya. Ni untuk semua BlackBerry devices.

Tips on BlackBerry reboot/soft-reset.

Aku tengok tips ni dekat Crackberry. Kenapa kita kena reboot atau soft-reset smartphone kita? Sebab, kalau ada yang pakai smartphone untuk kegunaan berat macam segala jadah social networks, blogging dan e-mail, semakin kerap kita guna, semakin lembab device kita dan semakin sukalah dia meng-hang-kan diri. Reboot/soft-reset sekurang-kurangnya seminggu sekali, insyaallah dapat mengekalkan taraf kesihatan smartphone tersebut.

Untuk BlackBerry, off device, cabut battery lepas tu pasang balik dah boleh dikira sebagai reboot/soft-reset.

Ataupun, untuk sesetengah BlackBerry device macam Curve, Bold, Tour, Torch yang keypad-nya ada (bukan touchscreen), untuk reboot, boleh tekan button Alt+Shift+Del.

Ni ada satu application, untuk BlackBerry device yang tak de Alt+Shift+Del macam Storm, Pearl dan Playbook. QuickPull namanya.QuickPull frees memory by simulating "battery pull" soft reset without having the battery pulled out. So, senang la. Nak reboot tak payah susah-susah nak tarik battery keluar. Tambah-tambah kalau pakai casing, urghhh susahnya!

Setiap cali selepas reset, QuickPull akan inform berapa memory yang dia dah 'clear'kan.

Dengan QuickPull, boleh scheduled reset, means kita set-kan pukul berapa dia akan reset-kan BlackBerry kita, so bila on scheduled reset dia akan reset BlackBerry kita everyday pada time yang dah ditetapkan. Atau, manual reset, kita boleh reset BlackBerry kita bila rasa perlu.

But i prefer to reset my BB everyday (scheduled reset).

Benda best kalau kena tarik balik, apa kita rasa?

Seperti yang sedia maklum, aku adalah seorang social network addicts. Mungkin belum sampai tahap cronic lagi la kot. Boleh dikatakan semua social networks aku register, tinggal active dengan tak active saja. Aku ber-social network mengikut trend semasa dan peredaran zaman. 

Masa orang sibuk-sibuk main MySpace dengan Friendster, aku pun ada. Sekarang kalau ada, untuk seorang dewasa macam aku ni, mesti orang kata; ohemgee you're so 2006!

Sekarang zaman Facebook dan Twitter. Aku active dekat dua-dua social networks ni. Once, i deleted my Facebook account, tapi sekarang aku dah ada yang baru, just for the person i wanna be friend with. Bukan nak bajet artis, but certain people can't accept me for who i am. Hahahah.

So, bila dah buat balik account yang dah di-delete, makanya aku memang Facebook addicts la jugak ye?

Aku seorang pengguna Digi, Digi Campus to be exact. Digi Campus adalah awesome! Selain takde credit expired, SMS dengan 11 orang Friends & Family adalah percuma. Tapi tu tahun lepas. Start pertengahan tahun ni Digi dah bagi rate baru untuk Digi Campus. Tiada lagi SMS free. SMS to Friends & Family kena charge 1sen.

Satu benda best dah kena tarik. 

Masih lagi pasal Digi Campus. Tahun lepas, kalau on call, dah hit RM2 akan dapat free call sampai la cukup tempoh 24 hours. Sekrang tak lagi. Hit RM2, hanya dapat 100 minutes free call saja.

Lagi satu benda best dah hilang.

Dah kata kan? Digi memang awesome! Untuk orang yang suka Facebook macam aku ni, Facebook free saja kalau pakai Digi. It's called Zero Facebook (0.facebook.com). Zero Facebook kekurangan dia cuma tak boleh tengok gambar saja. Semata-mata tulisan. Kalau click ke link gambar, dia akan direct-kan ke Facebook mobile macam biasa (m.facebook.com).

Cool kan Digi?

Tapi tu tahun lepas la. Tahun ni, Zero Facebook masih ada, masih free. Cuma, di-renyah-kan oleh Digi supaya Zero Facebook hanya boleh di-access hanya melalui Opera Mini.

Benda best yang tak kena tarik lagi, tapi semacam menyusahkan.

Tapi, Digi masih awesome di hatiku sebab Blackberry Internet Service Digi sangat murah dan berbaloi-baloi! RM25/month and it is unlimited! Baik Facebook ke, Twitter ke, UberTwitter ke, e-mails ke, browser ke, pakai la lama mana pon, takde nye line jadi slow ke ape ke.

Hmm, bila fikir balik, kalau la ada satu-satu bulan tu aku ter-miss nak topup and tak dapat nak subscribe BIS, Zero Facebook amat diperlukan. Tapi aku malas nak install Opera Mini tu. Macam mana?
